Pre-Listing Inspection

Whether you are selling your home on your own or using a realtor, it’s always a good idea to have a professional home inspection to help you prepare and disclose any hidden issues that may arise when the buyer has their inspection performed. Our inspection report will help you identify the safety hazards, defects, and improvements that are needed. You then can determine which must be immediately addressed and which can wait. The pre-listing inspection knowledge will allow you to better market your home and be better prepared for negotiations. Eventually, your buyers are going to conduct an inspection. You may as well know what they are going to find by getting there first.
